Mainland England ,Wales & Scotland orders we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. This is based on your availability and flexibility. Busy periods like Xmas, New Year and Bank Holidays may take longer. Deliveries to London & most major towns/cities are scheduled weekly.

Need your items on a specific day? No problem, just contact us and we will be happy to arrange.

For remote areas we aim to deliver within 14 - 21 working days. This is because deliveries operate less frequently to these areas.

Please just drop us an email if your delivery is urgent or you'd like an estimated delivery date.

Once you have purchased your item, we will book your delivery on the same day. The delivery company will then contact you via both text message and email with confirmation and further details about your scheduled date. You will also receive a further notification 24 hours in advance of the delivery. On the day of delivery, live tracking will be available so you can follow your order in real time.

We work with a network of trusted third party couriers who are experienced at delivering large/furniture items across the mainland UK. They are fully insured and will blanket wrap/strap your items securely during transit, so they'll be no excess packaging to worry about your end (no flat pack here!)

Deliveries are carried out by 2 person team so no need for you to get involved with any heavy lifting! Items are delivered Monday - Saturday

The quoted delivery charges are for ground / first floor only. If you need delivery to higher floor please get in touch and we can arrange this for you (there may be an extra charge inviolved)
